Training
for New Personnel |
|
| |
All
new arriving employees undergo a specially-scheduled
two-day training course. The course introduces CMEL’s
company culture, benefits, and environment and safety
issues, and helps new employees adapt quickly to their
new working environment. |

On-the-Job
Training |
|
| |
Supervisors
in each department provide employees with on-site job
training, and draw from their experience to help employees
enrich their professional knowledge and skills. |

Internal
Training |
|
| |
CMEL
provides all employees with the professional development
training required for a particular department or division,
with the goal of accommodating each employee’s personal
growth and promoting overall organizational efficiency. |

Outside
Training |
|
| |
CMEL
offers support for outside training when needed -- employees
are encouraged to actively participate in field-related
training courses, research seminars, or domestic and
international-level examinations for continuing education. |

Learning
and Personal Growth |

In
addition to work-related professional training, CMEL
provides substantial subsidies to encourage employees
to participate in language courses or other courses
that will benefit their personal growth. |
